The asking rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances and the property the following fees may apply:

4 to 6 weeks deposit of proposed rental amount which will be secured by DPS.
1 month`s up front rental payment.
• Drawing up AST agreements.
• Credit score check.
• Conducting employment & landlord reference checks
• Checking all the paper work provided to be true and accurate.
• Registration of the deposit according to the law and within the specified term and making sure the tenant & landlord receive the certificate in a timely manner.
• As part of the Government`s attempts to cut down on illegal migration, the Immigration Act 2014 contains a number of measures to restrict access to services for those without a valid right to remain in the UK. One of these measures is a new requirement for private sector landlords to check that tenants` immigration status does not disqualify them from renting property. As a result, landlords who allow tenants without a so-called ‘right to rent` to occupy their property will be liable for a civil penalty. We do all the necessary checks on the tenants on behalf of the landlord.
